In the 7th minute, Godfried Teunens made a precise shot to the right of Enéas Tepedino. Iron Maiden Football's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marco Mendes struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Humberto Salomone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iron Maiden Football. Humberto Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank McLintock in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Iron Maiden Football booed when La Bichineta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano Ballerini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godfried Teunens took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enéas Tepedino. Enéas Tepedino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Adriano Ballerini kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Humberto Salomone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Duda Velloso's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes of play, La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enéas Tepedino was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the game, La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enéas Tepedino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After 46 minutes, Jorginho da Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iron Maiden Football and the La Bichineta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Jorginho da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godfried Teunens made a kick off. In the 56th minute Godfried Teunens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorginho da Costa made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Batuğ Şirzat immediately put the ball in play. 64 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden Football's Marco Mendes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Salomone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iron Maiden Football made a substitution. Aníbal Leal replaced Frank McLintock. La Bichineta's José Ignacio Fernández was substituted for Vennard Rojak. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden Football's Jorginho da Costa got a free kick in the 68th minute. Iron Maiden Football's Gernando Carvalho was substituted for Ahmet Nasir Nesefi. Sun Yuan Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Humberto Salomone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Ignacio Fernández got free with Enéas Tepedino in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Although Iron Maiden Football had been in control for most of the match, La Bichineta still came away with the win.
