Dadá Maravilha started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Delmiro Dominic successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Delmiro Dominic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Oihenarte in the 4th minute of play. C.A Huracan's Delmiro Dominic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save C.A Huracan from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute Dadá Maravilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Kuszczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Anibal Sengrat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Huang Jian Tian struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Delmiro Dominic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scaloneta FC. 36 minutes into the match, C.A Huracan's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Oihenarte came free, but Delmiro Dominic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Huang Jian Tian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Delmiro Dominic made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Freddy Oihenarte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delmiro Dominic. That made the score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. Scaloneta FC's Tomasz Kuszczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Huang Jian Tian made the kick off in the second half. C.A Huracan made a substitution. Lê Gante replaced Omar Palma. Sharma Otamendi charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sharma Otamendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, C.A Huracan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sharma Otamendi to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Scaloneta FC's Antonio Honesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Delmiro Dominic narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 71st minute of play forced Scaloneta FC's goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When C.A Huracan's Dadá Maravilha in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scaloneta FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tomasz Kuszczak was a little too slow when Dadá Maravilha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-1. C.A Huracan's Timoteo Machado was substituted for Dadá Maravilha. C.A Huracan's Delmiro Dominic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huang Jian Tian in the 81st minute of play. In the 82ndth minute of the game Arnoldo Karmel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scaloneta FC's Tomasz Kuszczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Scaloneta FC's goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timoteo Machado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timoteo Machado in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomasz Kuszczak saved Scaloneta FC from getting behind. Scaloneta FC were furious when Stanimir Kopanov was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Scaloneta FC! Timoteo Machado walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post.
