With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Borubar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdomiro de Godoi was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Romando Futebol Clube's Juninho Paulista got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes Romando Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Juninho Paulista. Gilberto Garaile who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Zenon Cupial when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Valdomiro de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilberto Garaile kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zenon Cupial. That made the score 1-3 in the 94 minute of play. After 97 played minutes FC Zhelezna got a freekick which was hit by Milan Kalendzhiev. After having played for 98 minutes, Valdomiro de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romando Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC Zhelezna players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
