José Maria Neiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boubacar Caragea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Maria Neiva ran back to his position shaking his head. 3 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria Neiva came free, but Boubacar Caragea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Manni in the 8th minute of play forced Phantasy World's goalkeeper Xiao Guang Han to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes in the game, Domingo Manni dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience was convinced that José Maria Neiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boubacar Caragea was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Hieronim Jekot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Boubacar Caragea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boubacar Caragea didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. With a little luck, ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's Boubacar Caragea got control of the ball when José Maria Neiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute Phantasy World were awarded a corner. José Maria Neiva went to the cornerflag to take it. Boubacar Caragea came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Phantasy World's José Maria Neiva. But to his dismay, José Maria Neiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Xiao Guang Han took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gumaro Leturia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gumaro Leturia in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xiao Guang Han prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, José Maria Neiva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boubacar Caragea. ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Maria Neiva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 35th minute ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 were awarded a corner. Gumaro Leturia went to the cornerflag to take it. 邱文青 was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Xiao Guang Han made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Manni in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 booed when Phantasy World was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Jekot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute 邱文青 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xiao Guang Han saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, 邱文青 notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Phantasy World's Xiao Guang Han. Xiao Guang Han was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when José Maria Neiva made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's Xiao Guang Han threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Domingo Manni, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that José Maria Neiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boubacar Caragea was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Hieronim Jekot charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hieronim Jekot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Phantasy World getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Hieronim Jekot hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the game, Denis Elorri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Phantasy World the free kick. In the 63rd minute, one of ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石. ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石:s Boubacar Caragea showed great skill when he stopped José Maria Neiva:s penalty. 72 minutes into the match, Phantasy World's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Manni came free, but Xiao Guang Han reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game José Maria Neiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's Boubacar Caragea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's 石景昆 got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Phantasy World's 姜星桑 was substituted for José Maria Neiva. ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 made a substitution. 邓延云 replaced 石景昆. 姜星桑 took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boubacar Caragea. Boubacar Caragea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. A collision led to Phantasy World getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Zenon Nakonieczny hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Domingo Manni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xiao Guang Han saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 got a corner. Phantasy World's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gumaro Leturia ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's Gumaro Leturia to fire away a dangerous shot which Xiao Guang Han despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 96th minute, 邓延云 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Phantasy World players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
