The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorkil Husig in the 3rd minute of play forced Cobresal's goalkeeper Ionuț Aluneanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Jurupeba FC's Radowit Ptaszek got control of the ball when Gregorio Quintero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gregorio Quintero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Radowit Ptaszek made a huge save. Cobresal's attentive Augusto Pirinchev managed to snatch the ball when Reinaldo Schmidt made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. Radowit Ptaszek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Scapini in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Jurupeba FC's goalkeeper Radowit Ptaszek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregorio Quintero. Jurupeba FC's Radowit Ptaszek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Jurupeba FC from getting a goal against them. Radowit Ptaszek was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gregorio Quintero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. In the 44th minute Beto Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionuț Aluneanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cobresal's Augusto Pirinchev got a free kick in the 44th minute. Beto Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Radowit Ptaszek was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Danilo Diaz de Valdes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danilo Diaz de Valdes really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, Leonel Beltrán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Jurupeba FC's Henk Linder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ionuț Aluneanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Jurupeba FC defense, Gregorio Quintero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radowit Ptaszek. The Jurupeba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radowit Ptaszek should have stopped the shot. Radowit Ptaszek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Quintero in the 58th minute of play. After 61 minutes Cobresal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henk Linder who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Pedro Augusto Maranhense almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cobresal's Ionuț Aluneanu did a great save. In the 72nd minute Dino Scapini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Ptaszek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Pedro Augusto Maranhense reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ionuț Aluneanu. The goal made the score 4-1. Cobresal made a substitution. Kenny McCormick replaced Gaitano Valdovinos. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cobresal's goalkeeper Ionuț Aluneanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Reinaldo Schmidt in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cobresal's Nunez Gipuzkoa. Ionuț Aluneanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Quintero in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radowit Ptaszek saved Jurupeba FC from getting behind. Radowit Ptaszek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Quintero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Diaz de Valdes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Cobresal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Jurupeba FC for a fine match.
