Durval Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Hornilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Felipe Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thibaut Vandamme. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Thibaut Vandamme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Durval Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thibaut Vandamme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Santos in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Variante Delta's Thibaut Vandamme got control of the ball when Felipe Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Durval Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Relyn Futebol Clube's Felipe Santos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thibaut Vandamme. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thibaut Vandamme made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Felipe Santos sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Relyn Futebol Clube's Iuri Barral got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute, Ferdinand Bjørn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felipe Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Variante Delta's zone, Felipe Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thibaut Vandamme came out of the goal and Felipe Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the game, Felipe Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Thibaut Vandamme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Variante Delta's Enginalp İdilkurt was substituted for Ye Yao Le. Thibaut Vandamme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Santos in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Hornilla in the 77th minute of play forced Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Durval Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio Hornilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Durval Marinho made a huge save. Variante Delta made a substitution. Cordeara Sanjuan replaced Cuartio Sesmilo. After a rather tough play, Relyn Futebol Clube's Iuri Barral got a free kick in the 86th minute. Caio Hornilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87th minute Caio Hornilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Haroldo Tepedino with Oséias Correia as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Relyn Futebol Clube were victorious despite being under pressure from Variante Delta for much of the match.
