FC Luck's Roch Cieslak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Greavu in the 16th minute of play. When Aron Olteanu came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the FC BaLiSt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aron Olteanu couldn't finish the play. Roch Cieslak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigore Zberea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tudor Greavu scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roch Cieslak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roch Cieslak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Cresenciano in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute FC Luck were awarded a corner. Vaani Luca went to the cornerflag to take it. Claudiu Arotăriței made a great header on FC Luck's corner, it was just that FC BaLiSt's Brun O'Down managed to reach the ball for a save. Brun O'Down made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Voinescu in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narcis Voinescu got free with Brun O'Down in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 played minutes FC BaLiSt got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Mercescu. Brun O'Down showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Patriciu in the 43rd minute of the match. The FC Luck players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC BaLiSt were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tudor Greavu was the one to do the kick off. Roch Cieslak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Greavu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Tudor Greavu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Cieslak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Zberea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Roch Cieslak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC BaLiSt getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Costel Albescu hit a great ball. FC BaLiSt's Petrică Burnei was substituted for Dinu Moți. FC Luck's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vasile Târcă in the 72nd minute. FC Luck's Sever Patriciu got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roch Cieslak made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Laureano Cresenciano sent off a good shot on target. David Chiru hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Luck booed when FC BaLiSt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Mercescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Luck's Niculae Mercescu was substituted for Radu Bârlă. FC BaLiSt made a substitution. Yang Wei replaced Tudor Greavu. A collision led to FC BaLiSt getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Olimpiu Mercescu hit a great ball. FC BaLiSt's Brun O'Down played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Voinescu in the 83rd minute of play. Laureano Cresenciano was extremely unlucky when he, in the 89th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Roch Cieslak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yang Wei, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Brun O'Down showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Patriciu in the 92nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laureano Cresenciano got free with Roch Cieslak in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC BaLiSt had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
