The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Noisiel's Karlheinz Ludecke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Apelkvist in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Noisiel's goal looked a bit too open when Ibon Duarte came free, but Karlheinz Ludecke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noisiel's Shi Ying Yang quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Oscar Presebal, made in the 31st minute of the game. Karlheinz Ludecke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ibon Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The referee ignored Noisiel's protests and gave Tommy Corral a yellow card for diving instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The wind increased when Zhuang Xing Ting made the kick off in the second half. Noisiel's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Karl-Oskar Apelkvist scored to the left of an out of position Karlheinz Ludecke, making the score, 2-1. Zhuang Xing Ting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Harold Combettes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Farges was slow to take the kick. During this time Noisiel's players had a chance to rest. Ibrahim Herrera made a great header on Noisiel's corner, it was just that INTOCABLES 2oo4's Robert Bresson managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 95th minute Vladimiro Figueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlheinz Ludecke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Noisiel had won after a very even match.
