The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 35 minutes of play, La Cosa Nostra's Jairo Boniel made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Eztebe was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's Steve Hodge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roberto Eztebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gabriel Diaz hit a great ball.

When Marciano Bizen came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the La Cosa Nostra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Bizen couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Cosa Nostra had won after a very even match.
