Máximo Laureano came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buciumii's Pavel Balc. But to his dismay, Pavel Balc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Leonel Ventura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Terceirense F.C.'s Aleksander Kapera quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rareș Necula, made in the 27th minute of the game. Gentil Setúbal struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Roch Grondzki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terceirense F.C.. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Balc in the 45th minute of play forced Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Máximo Laureano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pavel Balc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Buciumii's Rareș Necula got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Gentil Setúbal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roch Grondzki. FC Buciumii's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gentil Setúbal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 63 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Grondzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pavel Balc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Máximo Laureano made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Balc got free with Máximo Laureano in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Terceirense F.C. from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the game, Gentil Setúbal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Roch Grondzki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Terceirense F.C.'s Reginaldo Silveira was substituted for Aleksander Kapera. Terceirense F.C.'s Fabien Raillard was substituted for Gaspar Gouveia. When Gabriel Căplescu came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the FC Buciumii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Căplescu couldn't finish the play. Roch Grondzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donovan Daval, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute, Donovan Daval made a precise shot to the right of Roch Grondzki. FC Buciumii's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. A collision led to Terceirense F.C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Fabien Raillard hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Donovan Daval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Grondzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Máximo Laureano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Gheară in the 96th minute of play. Terceirense F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
