An unexpectedly hard shot by Răzvan Necula in the 2nd minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Tomi Neila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Candido Hendrickx came free, but Armando Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pilar FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Godofredo Lano in the 5th minute. A nice corner shot did that Godofredo Lano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Armando Armani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Armando Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hendrickx in the 9th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Armani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tomi Neila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Venceslao, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goalkeeper Tomi Neila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Răzvan Necula. Soroca F.C.'s Armando Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Hendrickx in the 17th minute of play. Tomi Neila was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Răzvan Necula capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Răzvan Necula really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. The corner led Soroca F.C.'s Zézinho Neiva to fire away a dangerous shot which Tomi Neila despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 29th minute, Candido Hendrickx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Armani was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 33rd minute, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tomi Neila. Tomi Neila yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Fausto Ignazio got a free kick in the 36th minute. Tomi Neila came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula. But to his dismay, Răzvan Necula quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 47th minute, Candido Hendrickx left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pilar FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 3-4 lead.

The wind increased when Candido Hendrickx made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Henky Sumendap got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Răzvan Necula. In the 63rd match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henky Sumendap to maneuver through the defense. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Adrián Espadas replaced Răzvan Necula. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Henky Sumendap got a free kick in the 65th minute. Candido Hendrickx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Armando Armani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Adrián Espadas notched a goal, 4-4, to the right of Pilar FC's Tomi Neila. Tomi Neila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pilar FC made a substitution. Nicanor Illan replaced Candido Hendrickx. The audience was convinced that Adrián Espadas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomi Neila was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 5-4 when Adrián Espadas sped through Pilar FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomi Neila. After 74 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas made it 6-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomi Neila was left in no man's land by his defense there! Armando Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guus Koole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicanor Illan hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Armando Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guus Koole in the 80th minute of play. Tomi Neila came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Soroca F.C.'s Amador Venceslao. But to his dismay, Amador Venceslao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-4. Pilar FC's Tomi Neila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 87th minute of play. After 90 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Samuel Tome made it 8-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomi Neila was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, Samuel Tome notched a goal, 9-4, to the right of Pilar FC's Tomi Neila. Tomi Neila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
