Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ernesto Rivera got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Ernesto Rivera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Justo Polo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Elia De Lucia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Vigarano Pieve AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Anselmo Ruggieri hit a great ball. Ernesto Rivera did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Renato Bonvallet 14 minutes into the match. Renato Bonvallet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Rivera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Renato Bonvallet managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Vigarano Pieve AFC's Ernesto Rivera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 20th match minute, Coquimbo Unido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Mac Rostie to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Rivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renato Bonvallet stood somewhat misplaced when Ernesto Rivera came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 23 minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Rivera in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renato Bonvallet saved Coquimbo Unido from getting behind. Coquimbo Unido's Renato Bonvallet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Proietti in the 29th minute of play. Ernesto Rivera struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Renato Bonvallet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vigarano Pieve AFC. Alfredo Ciarrocchi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Elia De Lucia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Polo in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Vigarano Pieve AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Mantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Ermanno Proietti made a precise shot to the right of Renato Bonvallet. Coquimbo Unido's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Xavier Arens kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of Coquimbo Unido booed when Vigarano Pieve AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Ruggieri didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justo Polo to make the kick off. Anselmo Ruggieri kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Francisco Martín Demanet reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elia De Lucia. The goal made the score 3-2. Renato Bonvallet came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Vigarano Pieve AFC's Alfredo Di Fonzo. But to his dismay, Alfredo Di Fonzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. After 62 minutes, Ernesto Rivera made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Coquimbo Unido's Renato Bonvallet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Coquimbo Unido's zone, Ernesto Rivera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renato Bonvallet came out of the goal and Ernesto Rivera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anselmo Ruggieri struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Renato Bonvallet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vigarano Pieve AFC. Ernesto Rivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Coquimbo Unido defense, Ernesto Rivera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renato Bonvallet. The Coquimbo Unido fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renato Bonvallet should have stopped the shot. Renato Bonvallet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Rivera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavier Arens hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Ernesto Rivera put it in 7-2 from a short distance just to the right of Renato Bonvallet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Rivera in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renato Bonvallet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ernesto Rivera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Renato Bonvallet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 9-2 when Ernesto Rivera sped through Coquimbo Unido's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Renato Bonvallet.
