The crowd rose to their feet as Bart Lavigne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benedito Tomé. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Ruben Tudor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito Tomé having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kidsgrove fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! In the 11th minute there was a penalty for SC Azinhaleite. David Esteves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Karl Trausch. 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Leonardo Fragoso notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Kidsgrove's Karl Trausch. Karl Trausch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonardo Fragoso hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Marcus Jentzsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Telinhos took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Trausch. Karl Trausch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 28th minute, Edward Gerhardt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruben Tudor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito Tomé having to interfere. Sílvio Pedroso took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Trausch. Karl Trausch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Leonardo Fragoso kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Ruben Tudor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Benedito Tomé was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Sílvio Pedroso made the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Kidsgrove got a freekick which was hit by Perry Kaiser. After 64 minutes, Ruben Tudor made it 3-5 with a short kick to the right side. SC Azinhaleite's Benedito Tomé tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Emanuel Telinhos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-6. Karl Trausch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Kidsgrove booed when SC Azinhaleite was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Fragoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ruben Tudor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedito Tomé showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Tudor in the 79th minute of the match. Benedito Tomé stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Tudor's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute Kidsgrove were awarded a corner. Jupp Baum went to the cornerflag to take it. Ruben Tudor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Benedito Tomé tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benedito Tomé showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Tudor in the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Azinhaleite booed when Kidsgrove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Gerhardt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Kidsgrove's Edward Gerhardt got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 97th match minute, Kidsgrove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perry Kaiser to maneuver through the defense. SC Azinhaleite's David Esteves got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
