Zézinho Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 55th minute, Esteban Vadillos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Răzvan Necula replaced Adrián Espadas. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Esteban Vadillos got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 59 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Arcadio Ramiréz. In the 61st minute Godofredo Quilino managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Cosme Jaen came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maurino Serena could save by the left post. 65 minutes into the game, Cosme Jaen lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Maurino Serena. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Răzvan Necula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Soroca F.C.'s Armando Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 77th minute of play. When Cosme Jaen came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Jaen couldn't finish the play. Armando Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute Cosme Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leroy Antunez came free, but Armando Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
