Serafin Tiso hit a great ball. Saul Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Chernousov in the 12th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Romeo Quinto put in a rough tackle. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Los Espinillos FC! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for FORTALEZA. Aleksey Dudar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Saul Dolcet. 1-1. Saul Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Chernousov in the 21st minute of play. Oliver Kán made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Rene Tadzio sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd minute Aleksey Dudar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Dolcet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Tadzio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Oliver Kán when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aleksandr Petrunevich hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When Vagner Løve fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FORTALEZA's protests and gave Vagner Løve a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, FORTALEZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vagner Løve to maneuver through the defense. Saul Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksey Dudar, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Rene Tadzio made the kick off in the second half. Yuriy Levashik's late challenge caught a Los Espinillos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Los Espinillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Olentzaro. Los Espinillos FC's Saul Dolcet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Espinillos FC from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the game, Jesus Tello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Espinillos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FORTALEZA the free kick. A sloppy throw-in by Isaac Guzman in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FORTALEZA's Konstantin Chernousov.
