After 8 minutes Los Espinillos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Murilo Leal who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Leripe Lifestyle's Murilo Leal to fire away a dangerous shot which Saul Dolcet despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leripe Lifestyle's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Serafin Tiso was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Espinillos FC's players had a chance to rest. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Bastos in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saul Dolcet saved Los Espinillos FC from getting behind. Eustacio Poz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Espinillos FC's zone, Yves Lacoste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Dolcet came out of the goal and Yves Lacoste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Bastos in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saul Dolcet saved Los Espinillos FC from getting behind. 30 minutes into the game, Leripe Lifestyle's Alfredo Bastos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saul Dolcet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 34th minute, Marco Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Espinillos FC's Saul Dolcet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Lacoste in the 36th minute of play. When Leripe Lifestyle's Alfredo Bastos in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Espinillos FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 40 minutes, Alfredo Bastos made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Los Espinillos FC's Saul Dolcet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Arantes having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Bastos made a kick off. Saul Dolcet came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Leripe Lifestyle's Alfredo Bastos. But to his dismay, Alfredo Bastos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Dino Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Alfredo Bastos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Saul Dolcet, 0-5. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Alfredo Bastos sped through Los Espinillos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saul Dolcet. After 63 played minutes, Los Espinillos FC's Angelo Modestio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Arantes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Espinillos FC reached it. Martin Michael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Bastos in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Dolcet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz Fabiano Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Foro, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Martin Michael hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Dino Madureira struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Saul Dolcet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leripe Lifestyle. Los Espinillos FC's Saul Dolcet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Los Espinillos FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 86 minutes, Alfredo Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leripe Lifestyle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Bastos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Leripe Lifestyle's Dino Madureira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Saul Dolcet. That made the score 0-8 after 91 minutes of play. Alfredo Bastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Dolcet having to interfere.
