Taco Zwartkruis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estevez Lavega in the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's goal looked a bit too open when Nardo Tuo came free, but Taco Zwartkruis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vachon Camaño charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vachon Camaño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vachon Camaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 minutes, Favila Heras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Buceo and the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Favila Heras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Taco Zwartkruis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piearres Somiedo in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Santiago Kuijt made a precise shot to the right of Guillen Ubiña. Sporting Buceo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Kuijt in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillen Ubiña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Santiago Kuijt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillen Ubiña was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Taco Zwartkruis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaizki Colina in the 26th minute. Sporting Buceo's Jaizki Colina got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute of the match, Nardo Tuo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Taco Zwartkruis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 34 minutes into the game, Sporting Buceo's Estevez Lavega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Taco Zwartkruis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Sengrat Vid kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Roelof van Kampen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's supporters rose to their feet, but Roelof van Kampen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillen Ubiña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Buceo's zone, Roelof van Kampen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillen Ubiña came out of the goal and Roelof van Kampen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taco Zwartkruis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevez Lavega in the 67th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Piearres Somiedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Buceo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 76th minute, Estevez Lavega made a precise shot to the right of Taco Zwartkruis. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Sidoro Romeu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Nardo Tuo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nardo Tuo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Nardo Tuo hit a great ball. Sidoro Romeu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Kuijt to maneuver through the defense. Estevez Lavega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sporting Buceo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Julias Rascals Apeldoorn had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
