Narciso Tano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Charles Sarmento made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s zone, Rafinha Sergipano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Orlan came out of the goal and Rafinha Sergipano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Sá came free, but Gavino Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Sarmento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Narciso Tano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Vianna in the 29th minute of play forced ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s goalkeeper Gavino Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Teodoro Rozarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Sarmento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amancio Federigo during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amancio Federigo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Adalberto Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbson Prata in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Hermengildo Bertol hit a great ball. Gavino Orlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adalberto Vianna went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Chicão Matos got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Adalberto Vianna succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 57th playminute. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ made a substitution. Lino Perrando replaced Gerardo Sabin. In the 68th minute, Rafinha Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Chicão Matos notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan. Gavino Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chicão Matos got free with Gavino Orlan in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Tano in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Tano in the 82nd minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Charles Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Orlan made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Adalberto Vianna sent off a good shot on target. When Alberto Freire fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's protests and gave Alberto Freire a yellow card for diving instead. Saverio Ladio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafinha Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Róbson Prata struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Gavino Orlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rondinone F.C - FDFDF. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rondinone F.C - FDFDF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
