Tiago Purrigimon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Santikurtz Galdo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes taylorteotommyceni FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicemte Mendaza. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiago Purrigimon in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santikurtz Galdo saved taylorteotommyceni FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Hercules CF's Errapel Saes got a free kick in the 13th minute. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Urtungo Lape sped through Hercules CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Erosa. In the 18th minute Celino Regaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Erosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosio Verdeces fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santikurtz Galdo having to interfere. When Celino Regaño fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored taylorteotommyceni FC's protests and gave Celino Regaño a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hercules CF booed when taylorteotommyceni FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celino Regaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiago Purrigimon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santikurtz Galdo. That made the score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. Vicemte Mendaza struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Marco Erosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for taylorteotommyceni FC. In the 29th minute, Urtungo Lape ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Erosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Celino Regaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th match minute, Hercules CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Purrigimon to maneuver through the defense. Hercules CF's Tiago Purrigimon got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Tiago Purrigimon sped through taylorteotommyceni FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santikurtz Galdo. When Urtungo Lape fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored taylorteotommyceni FC's protests and gave Urtungo Lape a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to taylorteotommyceni FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Urtungo Lape hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the game, Tiago Purrigimon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santikurtz Galdo. Tiago Purrigimon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiago Purrigimon was the one to do the kick off. Hercules CF's Marco Erosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celino Regaño in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, taylorteotommyceni FC's Urtungo Lape nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Erosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. When Odon Abeyta fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hercules CF's protests and gave Odon Abeyta a yellow card for diving instead. Odon Abeyta hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Urtungo Lape sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Purrigimon in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santikurtz Galdo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Urtungo Lape had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Erosa. Hercules CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urtungo Lape was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. The goalkeeper, Marco Erosa, was totally fooled by taylorteotommyceni FC's Adolfo Vicastillo, who 80 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Santikurtz Galdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Purrigimon in the 86th minute of play. With a little luck, Hercules CF's Marco Erosa got control of the ball when Urtungo Lape tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Cresencio Mayo put it in 4-5 from a short distance just to the right of Santikurtz Galdo. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cresencio Mayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hercules CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Cresencio Mayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santikurtz Galdo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched taylorteotommyceni FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
