The supporters of AC LeX Luthor booed when Blue Mountain State was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaser Oğuzman didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karol Panasewicz to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Errando came free, but Robin Sharma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Sharma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Errando, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Aykut Aşkın's late challenge caught a AC LeX Luthor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 91 minutes, Alvaro Errando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC LeX Luthor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Errando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rıfat Tanır made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gökcan Bergin however managed to control.
