Rubio Zumiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Velasco in the 14th minute of the match. Rubio Zumiza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Habib Ali Picavea went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel got control of the ball when Zenaido Ayerza tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Vieira in the 23rd minute of play forced Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Rubio Zumiza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Habib Ali Picavea came free, but Rubio Zumiza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubio Zumiza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Vieira in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Alfredinho Vieira made a precise shot to the right of Rubio Zumiza. Fire Breathers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 35th minute of the match Morro Grande E.C got a corner. Fire Breathers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toninho Grau ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rubio Zumiza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Velasco in the 38th minute of play. When Fire Breathers FC's Zenaido Ayerza in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Morro Grande E.C's goalie prevented a goal. When Hélder Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Morro Grande E.C fans jumped to their feet. The Fire Breathers FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Morro Grande E.C were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Habib Ali Picavea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Rito Duran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rito Duran was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. Morro Grande E.C's Toninho Grau got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Fire Breathers FC's Rubio Zumiza got control of the ball when Alfredinho Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lon Guridi in the 66th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredinho Vieira got free with Rubio Zumiza in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rubio Zumiza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Trevisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Zenaido Ayerza hit a great ball. Morro Grande E.C made a substitution. Toninho Soeiro replaced Kaká Sampaio. The supporters of Morro Grande E.C booed when Fire Breathers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenaido Ayerza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Toninho Soeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Rubio Zumiza however easily saved by the left post. Rubio Zumiza was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alfredinho Vieira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 86 minute of play. Rubio Zumiza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredinho Vieira went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Morro Grande E.C played a much better game than Fire Breathers FC and deserved their victory. The Fire Breathers FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
