An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Penha in the 3rd minute of play forced Ferrao FC's goalkeeper César Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes, Hílton Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jumeuc Futebol Clube and the Ferrao FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Hílton Penha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Penha in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Jumeuc Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Samuel Melo went to the cornerflag to take it. After 14 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Chris Bosch. In the 15thth minute of the game Carlinhos Viana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Teodoro Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. César Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Prestes in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Teodoro Ferraz got control of the ball when Pelle Grini tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Ferraz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlinhos Viana's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After 28 minutes of play, Ferrao FC's Carlinhos Viana made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pelle Grini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Ferraz having to make a save. César Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Penha, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ferrao FC's César Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hílton Penha in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Adelino Saldanha got a free kick in the 36th minute. Teodoro Ferraz made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Pelle Grini sent off a good shot on target. César Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Penha in the 45th minute of play. César Proença came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Hílton Penha. But to his dismay, Hílton Penha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute Pelle Grini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Carlinhos Viana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Teodoro Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferrao FC's Carlinhos Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute, Pelle Grini made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Ferraz. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Afonso Schmidt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 97 minutes into the match. Ferrao FC:s César Proença showed great skill when he stopped Samuel Melo:s penalty. When the referee ended the match the Ferrao FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
