The supporters of Guaratimon booed when ⛥Milrayitas⛤ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Basualdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes, Guaratimon's Jarbas Azevedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Humberto Ostargi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Guaratimon reached it. 15 minutes into the match, Ivan Norino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Motta. Guaratimon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Norino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Humberto Ostargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauã Munhoz in the 20th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Guaratimon's Cauã Munhoz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Ostargi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 24th match minute, ⛥Milrayitas⛤ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Pacho to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, ⛥Milrayitas⛤'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Tavares came free, but Humberto Ostargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Ostargi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Tavares's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Marcos Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Ivan Norino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Motta. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 34thth minute of the game Cauã Munhoz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ⛥Milrayitas⛤'s Humberto Ostargi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amador Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Humberto Basualdo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Tavares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Humberto Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauã Munhoz in the 52nd minute of the match. Humberto Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zheng Xiang, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Pedro Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Norino in the 55th minute of play. Mario Pacho took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Motta. Pedro Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 62 minutes into the game, ⛥Milrayitas⛤'s Ivan Norino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Motta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 71st minute Ivan Norino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaratimon were furious when Genílson Bezerra was red carded, 73 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Guaratimon:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ⛥Milrayitas⛤:s goal. The referee gave ⛥Milrayitas⛤ a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Humberto Basualdo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Guaratimon's Pedro Motta. 5-2. After 79 played minutes ⛥Milrayitas⛤ got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Romo. In the 80th minute, Zheng Xiang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ivan Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot. ⛥Milrayitas⛤'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Norino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Pacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Albano Santo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⛥Milrayitas⛤'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guaratimon the free kick. The supporters of Guaratimon booed when ⛥Milrayitas⛤ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position.
