Raulo Orodea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Richie Verdeces skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Richie Verdeces successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 32nd minute Tomi Llera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Ariztegui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM booed when Imperio Catatumbo de Lara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raulo Orodeas short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Richie Verdeces to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Munio Azaceta made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Munio Azaceta in the 52nd minute of play forced BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper Richie Verdeces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richie Verdeces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raulo Orodea in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Everardo Bellogin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richie Verdeces. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalkeeper Silvano Ariztegui, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurendi Astiategui in the 83rd minute of play forced Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalkeeper Silvano Ariztegui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Bellogin in the 88th minute of play forced BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's goalkeeper Richie Verdeces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richie Verdeces came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Raulo Orodea. But to his dismay, Raulo Orodea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. In the 95th minute, Hondo Bailey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimo Somarriba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Silvano Ariztegui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara had played much better football throughout.
