In the 4th minute Bagong Rumbewas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Mario Syafruddin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caetano Monteiro. Icoara Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Syafruddin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, FC Bestone 716's Ramang Pohan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caetano Monteiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Icoara Football Club booed when FC Bestone 716 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benyamin Jayakesuma didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Thiago Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ernesto Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Zein Mahayasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Mario Syafruddin sped through Icoara Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caetano Monteiro. Caetano Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Syafruddin in the 21st minute of play. Thiago Zonta struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Zein Mahayasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Icoara Football Club. Caetano Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nana Arwana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramang Pohan in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Icoara Football Club's Luiz Fernando Pitta got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Mario Syafruddin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Caetano Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Nana Arwana made a precise shot to the right of Caetano Monteiro. Icoara Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramang Pohan in the 43rd minute of play forced Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Caetano Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramang Pohan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half FC Bestone 716 were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thiago Zonta made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Syafruddin got free with Caetano Monteiro in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute, FC Bestone 716's Ramang Pohan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in Icoara Football Club's zone, Nana Arwana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caetano Monteiro came out of the goal and Nana Arwana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Nana Arwana managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bestone 716's supporters rose to their feet, but Nana Arwana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caetano Monteiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Bestone 716's Mario Syafruddin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 67 minutes, José Paulo Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Icoara Football Club and the FC Bestone 716 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Batista to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Mario Syafruddin put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Caetano Monteiro. 72 minutes into the game, Mario Syafruddin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Caetano Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Caetano Monteiro came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bestone 716's Mario Syafruddin. But to his dismay, Mario Syafruddin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Bima Oddang struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Caetano Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bestone 716. Mario Syafruddin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-13 to the left of a surprised Caetano Monteiro 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Thiago Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded FC Bestone 716 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Icoara Football Club.
