Luisito Fix started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Törnblom came free, but Isaias Gurutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Pudes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Montserrat's Isaias Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Sjöö in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ciriaco Innocenzio hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Törnblom to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Eustaquio Pudes made a precise shot to the right of Isaias Gurutz. Atlético Montserrat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sundens BK's Agne Björk couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Atlético Montserrat. Isaias Gurutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Pudes in the 23rd minute of the match. If Eustaquio Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isaias Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Pudes in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Eustaquio Pudes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaias Gurutz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 40th minute, Maximo Emeterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, Eustaquio Pudes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaias Gurutz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustaquio Pudes made a kick off. Eustaquio Pudes took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaias Gurutz. Isaias Gurutz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Abelardo Handi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Abelardo Handi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute of the match, Eustaquio Pudes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isaias Gurutz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 67 played minutes Atlético Montserrat got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Handi. Börje Törnblom hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Pudes in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaias Gurutz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Eustaquio Pudes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Gurutz came out of the goal and Eustaquio Pudes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Eustaquio Pudes put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Isaias Gurutz. Atlético Montserrat's Isaias Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Pudes in the 90th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Eustaquio Pudes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isaias Gurutz. That made the score 0-7 in the 94 minute of play. In the 97th minute, Viktor Sjöö hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
