After a defensive mix-up in Sletteenge's zone, Stefan Beller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klavs Jarltoft came out of the goal and Stefan Beller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelius Bolduc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kay Fyhr in the 15th minute of the match. When Sletteenge's Volmer Frimand in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zelg FC's goalie prevented a goal. Sletteenge's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Stefan Beller scored to the left of an out of position Klavs Jarltoft, making the score, 1-0. Joao Rohn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Klavs Jarltoft made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Joao Rohn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Klavs Jarltoft. The goal made the score 2-0. The audience was convinced that Volmer Frimand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelius Bolduc was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. When Thorfinn Birkvad fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sletteenge's protests and gave Thorfinn Birkvad a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Sletteenge got a freekick which was hit by Thorfinn Birkvad. In the 45th minute, Balthazar Birksdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ralph Nielans to strike the kick off in the second half. Stefan Beller might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klavs Jarltoft. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Beller ran back to his position shaking his head. 52 minutes into the game, Kay Fyhr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sletteenge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zelg FC the free kick. Stefan Beller struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Klavs Jarltoft didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zelg FC. If Stefan Beller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joao Rohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klavs Jarltoft having to interfere. If Stefan Beller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralph Nielans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Aurelius Bolduc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ralph Nielans had several of the Zelg FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Aurelius Bolduc as he didn't even see the shot coming. Sletteenge made a substitution. Nicki Ensbye replaced Ralph Nielans. A collision led to Zelg FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gilberto Theissl hit a great ball. The supporters of Sletteenge booed when Zelg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurentius Amberg didn't get a good kick on the ball.
