When Bernabe Vellito fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 17 de enero team's protests and gave Bernabe Vellito a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes 17 de enero team got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Vellito. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ioan Andone in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Tome prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gigel Gologan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melquiades Tome stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gigel Gologan's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Baicu in the 36th minute of play forced 17 de enero team's goalkeeper Melquiades Tome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 de enero team's Melquiades Tome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Gologan in the 38th minute of play. Melquiades Tome showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Gologan in the 40th minute of the match. Bud Weiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Melquiades Tome tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorin Peter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Salvator in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Gigel Gologan made the kick off in the second half. Gigel Gologan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the 17 de enero team defense, Gigel Gologan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Tome. The crowd rose to their feet as Gigel Gologan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Melquiades Tome. That made the score 0-6 in the 62 minute of play. Juventus Țiu's Vali Mitu was substituted for Ioan Andone. Donato Tabor kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Juventus Țiu's Bud Weiser sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Tome narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to 17 de enero team getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Emiliano Lawrence hit a great ball. Melquiades Tome was a little too slow when Bud Weiser got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in 17 de enero team's zone, Gigel Gologan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Tome came out of the goal and Gigel Gologan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With splendid footwork Vali Mitu arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-8 by the left pole in the game's 82nd minute. Melquiades Tome stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gigel Gologan's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Gigel Gologan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Melquiades Tome, 0-9. In the 89th minute, Gigel Gologan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 minutes, Vali Mitu made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. 17 de enero team's Melquiades Tome tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 de enero team's Melquiades Tome proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save 17 de enero team from getting a goal against them. 95 minutes into the game, Vali Mitu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Melquiades Tome was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The 17 de enero team fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Juventus Țiu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
