Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when C.J. Torres took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 8th minute, Lloyd Urbina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christos Moustakidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merle Mansfield in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christos Moustakidis saved YELLOW FC from getting behind. A collision led to ARMENIAN 11 getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Walter Ivey hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Isidoros Pournaris managed to get in a good position for a shot. YELLOW FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoros Pournaris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Merrill Suarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goalkeeper Christos Moustakidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by C.J. Torres. Christos Moustakidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merle Mansfield in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoros Pournaris stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Walter Ivey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Loukmas in the 59th minute of play forced ARMENIAN 11's goalkeeper Merrill Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in YELLOW FC's zone, Bernardo Baltazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christos Moustakidis came out of the goal and Bernardo Baltazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lloyd Urbina kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ARMENIAN 11's zone, Isidoros Pournaris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Merrill Suarez came out of the goal and Isidoros Pournaris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Periklis Kalamaras managed to get in a good position for a shot. YELLOW FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Periklis Kalamaras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Merrill Suarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute Merle Mansfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Moustakidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Christos Vlachakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 minutes, Dave MacDonald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ARMENIAN 11 and the YELLOW FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, ARMENIAN 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave MacDonald to maneuver through the defense. When Bernardo Baltazar came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the ARMENIAN 11 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Baltazar couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Baltazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARMENIAN 11 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of YELLOW FC for a fine match.
