Resul Torgay hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Acar İzgi came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Efraim Funke could save by the left post. Tepecik SK's Acar İzgi got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cosmo Hinke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artaç Yeler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Efraim Funke came out and tried to block the shot, but Artaç Yeler slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 29th minute. Joachim Reinhoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Atilla Kağan Akkaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Artaç Yeler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Tepecik SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özer Asya to maneuver through the defense. Efraim Funke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artaç Yeler in the 42nd minute of the match. Julien Kristl hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Cosmo Hinke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buckenhof FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosmo Hinke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atilla Kağan Akkaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmo Hinke, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 59th match minute, Buckenhof FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Wagner to maneuver through the defense. Efraim Funke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artaç Yeler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Buckenhof FSV's zone, Artaç Yeler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efraim Funke came out of the goal and Artaç Yeler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Acar İzgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Joachim Reinhoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atilla Kağan Akkaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosmo Hinke went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosmo Hinke got free with Atilla Kağan Akkaya in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atilla Kağan Akkaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Reinhoff in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Cosmo Hinke dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Atilla Kağan Akkaya, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
