Fermin Curcio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Edgar Stolle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guaberto Valiente in the 34th minute. Edgar Weber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Corderun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Sören Wehrheim charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
