After 26 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Ashley Griffiths. In the 27th minute of the match Marcus Bergsten sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danila Anikeichik skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacek Kielb in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eero Viks saved Överås IK from getting behind. Simon Odén's late challenge caught a Arsenal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Odén helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Överås IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Odén to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Bergsten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danila Anikeichik having to make a save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacek Kielb to make the kick off. Ian Askberg charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Danila Anikeichik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Bergsten in the 69th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Des Black. Arsenal FC's Nathanial Coulthard was substituted for Guy Lewington. In the 71st match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Des Black to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Bergsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danila Anikeichik having to interfere. Jacek Kielb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danila Anikeichik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hitz Toxeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Överås IK's Eero Viks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathanial Coulthard in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Överås IK's Karsten Karlsen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danila Anikeichik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Överås IK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
