When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gogo Chuse sped through Sportivo O´connor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santiago Mele. Cláudio Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gonza in the 22nd minute of the match. Ernesto Maurin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Cláudio Taffarel made a huge save. After 26 minutes of play, Sportivo O´connor's Ernesto Maurin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cláudio Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, Sportivo O´connor's goal looked a bit too open when Friedrich Nietzsche came free, but Santiago Mele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sportivo O´connor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKÇEŞMESPOR the free kick. Santiago Mele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedrich Nietzsche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Sportivo O´connor's goalkeeper Santiago Mele had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Chuse. With an all-out effort, AKÇEŞMESPOR's Santiago Mele threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Friedrich Nietzsche, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo O´connor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Laureano Lisboa was slow to take the kick. During this time AKÇEŞMESPOR's players had a chance to rest. The corner led AKÇEŞMESPOR's Laureano Lisboa to fire away a dangerous shot which Santiago Mele despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 95th minute, AKÇEŞMESPOR's Friedrich Nietzsche ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santiago Mele. Santiago Mele yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. AKÇEŞMESPOR's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
