Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ákos Szél in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batıkan Muhsin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hao Chen Chang's late challenge caught a Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hao Chen Chang helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Nagyváradi AC got a freekick which was hit by Hao Chen Chang. After some careless play in the Nagyváradi AC defense, Atilla Açıkalın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jos Van Hinnendael. The Nagyváradi AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jos Van Hinnendael should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ákos Szél came free, but Batıkan Muhsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Nagyváradi AC's Jedrzej Kasprzak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Batıkan Muhsin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 minutes of play, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Atilla Açıkalın made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jos Van Hinnendael was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Kasprzak in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zsolt Zolnai during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zsolt Zolnai hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atilla Açıkalın in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jos Van Hinnendael saved Nagyváradi AC from getting behind. In the 44th match minute, Nagyváradi AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jedrzej Kasprzak to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Jos Van Hinnendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Açıkalın in the 61st minute of play. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Kasper Häll was substituted for Atilla Açıkalın. Nagyváradi AC made a substitution. Gergely Müller replaced Zsolt Zolnai. Kasper Häll blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jos Van Hinnendael having to make a save. Kasper Häll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jos Van Hinnendael having to interfere. Jos Van Hinnendael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Häll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mustafa İzzet Hazer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jos Van Hinnendael having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Nagyváradi AC's goal looked a bit too open when Kasper Häll came free, but Jos Van Hinnendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Bernardo Sasso managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hao Chen Chang in the 82 minute of the game. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Kasprzak in the 86th minute of play. Kasper Häll blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jos Van Hinnendael having to make a save. Jos Van Hinnendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kasper Häll in the 88th minute of the match. Ákos Szél fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batıkan Muhsin having to interfere. The Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Kasper Häll looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nagyváradi AC for a fine match.
