Bayern München FC.'s Robin Bäcklin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yan Chong Sen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 20th minute Heino Helkamo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Kun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heino Helkamo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 20th playminute. 23 minutes into the match, Grigoriy Melnichenko notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Palloketut's Yan Chong Sen. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Grigoriy Melnichenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayern München FC.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Grigoriy Melnichenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Chong Sen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st match minute, Palloketut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Ruohiainen to maneuver through the defense. If Grigoriy Melnichenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Yan Chong Sen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Yan Chong Sen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoriy Melnichenko in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Voitto Nyrhinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Kun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Toni Fabich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Péter Kun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heino Helkamo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Bayern München FC.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
