Kim Mayer was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, FC WOUDOO's goal looked a bit too open when Karsten Karlsen came free, but Marcinho Secco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Överås IK's goalkeeper Eero Viks had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Epifanio Marin. Epifanio Marin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Eero Viks made a huge save. Eero Viks was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Epifanio Marin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Epifanio Marin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karsten Karlsen in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcinho Secco saved FC WOUDOO from getting behind. Överås IK's Eero Viks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Överås IK from getting a goal against them. Epifanio Marin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eero Viks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Bergsten might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcinho Secco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Bergsten ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcinho Secco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karsten Karlsen's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Marcinho Secco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karsten Karlsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Epifanio Marin in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eero Viks, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 41 minutes, Karsten Karlsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Överås IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karsten Karlsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Epifanio Marin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Eero Viks when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Epifanio Marin to strike the kick off in the second half. Eero Viks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Marin's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. FC WOUDOO's Marcinho Secco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save FC WOUDOO from getting a goal against them. After 90 minutes FC WOUDOO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Hydén who took care of the corner kick. In the 91st minute, Krister Nordin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Despite being the better team, FC WOUDOO failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
