Ede Szász started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Sören Tunberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kaan Winter came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Wargön's Mikael Liberatore. But to his dismay, Mikael Liberatore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, STORM CORNER F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Czeberowski came free, but Kaan Winter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. Kaan Winter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayan Baye, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mikael Liberatore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaan Winter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Wargön booed when STORM CORNER F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Pacifico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaan Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Liberatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27thth minute of the game Reinhold Artmaier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wargön's Sören Tunberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Wargön's Mikael Liberatore in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 29th minute Ede Szász shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the STORM CORNER F.C. defense, Mikael Liberatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaan Winter. The STORM CORNER F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaan Winter should have stopped the shot. Kaan Winter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Liberatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Wargön's Mikael Liberatore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaan Winter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Sören Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ede Szász in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Mikael Liberatore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaan Winter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Thanks to some nice moves Ionuț Jităreanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Sören Tunberg however easily saved by the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mikael Liberatore to make the kick off. Mikael Liberatore scored 0-6 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaan Winter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Artur Buba kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Wargön's Ivar Siöberg was substituted for Mikael Liberatore. Wargön's Nils-Arne Nilsson was substituted for Iwan Czeberowski. Ivar Siöberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Kaan Winter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. STORM CORNER F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Bayan Baye scored to the left of an out of position Kaan Winter, making the score, 0-7. Sören Tunberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Jităreanu in the 74th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Wargön's Kaan Winter threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bayan Baye, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sören Tunberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Jităreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Wargön's Bayan Baye in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 87th minute, Ede Szász left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The STORM CORNER F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. The Wargön supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wargön would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
