The corner was taken by Leandro Virila in the 9th minute. A nice corner shot did that Hıdır Namal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silvester Bürgi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leandro Virila made a great header on Loco De Remate's corner, it was just that FC Seitenstecher's Silvester Bürgi managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hıdır Namal got free with Silvester Bürgi in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Okanalp Öksal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Maurer in the 20th minute of the match. When Loco De Remate's Rene Aires in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Seitenstecher's goalie prevented a goal. After 43 played minutes Loco De Remate got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Virila. Herman Himmelreich took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Okanalp Öksal. Loco De Remate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Rene Aires cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Silvester Bürgi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Rene Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beatus Schmitt was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Rene Aires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvester Bürgi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Loco De Remate's Laurids Grejsen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Andrew Robertson, made in the 55th minute of the game. If Rene Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Seitenstecher's Hannes Schmitt was substituted for Henric Lind. In the 78th minute of the match Loco De Remate got a corner. FC Seitenstecher's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leandro Virila ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Amado Nisio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Silvester Bürgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Christobal, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Clodoveo Christobal heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Christobal in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvester Bürgi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd match minute, FC Seitenstecher was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hannes Schmitt to maneuver through the defense.
