In the 19th match minute, Valdieri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Andreola to maneuver through the defense. Eraldo Ippoliti made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dennis Berardo however managed to control. Aureliano Karlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Eugenio Stefano made a huge save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Karlo to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugenio Stefano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Valdieri booed when Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Abilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenio Stefano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Karlo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Eugenio Stefano came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo. But to his dismay, Aureliano Karlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Eugenio Stefano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien Staffelbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Julien Staffelbach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Guido Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guido Txindoki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Julien Staffelbach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Stefano was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. A collision led to Valdieri getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Eraldo Ippoliti hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Julien Staffelbach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's supporters rose to their feet, but Julien Staffelbach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Stefano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
