One couldn't see Agostinho Pombal behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Cássio Alves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bahtiyar Çimen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 33 played minutes ISPARTASPOR got a freekick which was hit by Bektaş Yeltekin. Bahtiyar Çimen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubens de Amaral in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Akil Kayrahan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Cássio Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rubens de Amaral made a kick off. A collision led to ISPARTASPOR getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Nihat Onurhan hit a great ball. Cássio Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bektaş Yeltekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Leopoldo Tasso hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, ISPARTASPOR's Şerafettin Berksu tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, ISPARTASPOR's Akil Kayrahan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Falcão Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Bahamas FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Felipe Lima hit a great ball. Akil Kayrahan scored 1-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Falcão Pinheiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ISPARTASPOR's Doğuhan Arıkal was substituted for Erdinç Mecnun. The supporters of Bahamas FC booed when ISPARTASPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position.
