Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eladio Santander kicked off to start the match. Chicão Santana hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luiz Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cebo Albizua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Ibiratinga's goal looked a bit too open when Gorri Cienfuegos came free, but João Adolfo Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcenado FC's Cebo Albizua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo Prado in the 13th minute of play. Sílvio Luiz Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebo Albizua having to interfere. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ibiratinga's goalkeeper João Adolfo Lira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Gorri Cienfuegos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcenado FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gorri Cienfuegos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Adolfo Lira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Andrea Quintero fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marcenado FC's protests and gave Andrea Quintero a yellow card for diving instead. If Luís Paulo Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Richie Arraz fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marcenado FC's protests and gave Richie Arraz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Marcenado FC's Richie Arraz got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Gorri Cienfuegos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Eladio Santander came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Marcenado FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eladio Santander couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Paulo Prado in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cebo Albizua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th match minute, Marcenado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romo Marines to maneuver through the defense. Ibiratinga's Geraldo Ribeiro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cebo Albizua but with some difficulty.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Paulo Prado to make the kick off. Ibiratinga's João Adolfo Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eladio Santander in the 51st minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo Prado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cebo Albizua was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Sílvio Luiz Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Cebo Albizua was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. João Adolfo Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eladio Santander in the 94th minute of play. Ibiratinga's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
