Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Robin Sjöström started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Ibiratinga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Paulo Prado to maneuver through the defense. Sören Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. João Adolfo Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Adolfo Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Sjöström in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Las Vikas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Wahlnäs to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Prado in the 11th minute of play forced Las Vikas's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robin Sjöström struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. João Adolfo Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Vikas. Karl-Magnus Åberg made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Sílvio Luiz Veiga sent off a good shot on target. Las Vikas's Karl-Magnus Åberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Las Vikas from getting a goal against them. When Luís Paulo Prado fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibiratinga's protests and gave Luís Paulo Prado a yellow card for diving instead. Luís Paulo Prado hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute Robin Sjöström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Ibiratinga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chicão Santana to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Magnus Åberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Luiz Veiga in the 30th minute. After 37 minutes of play, Ibiratinga's Sílvio Luiz Veiga made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Magnus Åberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karl-Magnus Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Álvaro Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Karl-Magnus Åberg made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Sílvio Luiz Veiga sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the match, Las Vikas's Tim Biörnberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Adolfo Lira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Geraldo Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Robin Sjöström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Prado in the 82nd minute of play forced Las Vikas's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Karl-Magnus Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Paulo Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
