After 15th play minutes Milo Blanco shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Foster Rivers and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 18th minute, Charlton Daly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Foster Rivers was a little too slow when Lewis Light got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 3-0. Jarrod Redd hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Foster Rivers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milo Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 23 minutes into the game, Milo Blanco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Foster Rivers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jarrod Redd during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Milo Blanco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Foster Rivers having to make a save. Wes Gillespie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terrance Norris in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Khachatryan were awarded a corner. Jed Strickland went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 34th minute, Terrance Norris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarrod Redd in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wes Gillespie saved ForestFire from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The wind increased when Milo Blanco made the kick off in the second half. Jarrod Redd in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wes Gillespie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 57 minutes into the game, Jed Strickland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Wes Gillespie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jarrod Redd had several of the ForestFire's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-4 score and a disappointed Wes Gillespie as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Khachatryan's zone, Lewis Light stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Foster Rivers came out of the goal and Lewis Light tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Arden to maneuver through the defense. If Jarrod Redd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ForestFire's Wes Gillespie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save ForestFire from getting a goal against them. Charlton Daly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Khachatryan players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented ForestFire from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
