The supporters of Itaberaba booed when Vasco Mineiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltazar Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Tepedino in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Moura saved Vasco Mineiro FC from getting behind. Patrick Tepedino scored 8-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Moura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. André Luiz Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Vinícius Sergipano made a huge save. Tostão Barreto struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Eduardo Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itaberaba. After 91 minutes of play, Vasco Mineiro FC's André Luiz Pernambucano made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinícius Sergipano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Itaberaba's Noel Costa got a free kick in the 94th minute. Vasco Mineiro FC's Edu Cunha shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vinícius Sergipano but with some difficulty.
