Anton Preuss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beila Cuyar, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Zoilo Oliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paunita's Crispo Muniz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Paunita from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Basche's goal looked a bit too open when Zoilo Oliver came free, but Anton Preuss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zoilo Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Preuss having to interfere. Anton Preuss came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Paunita's Zoilo Oliver. But to his dismay, Zoilo Oliver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Basche's Raphael Bolle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Crispo Muniz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Bolle in the 31st minute of play forced Paunita's goalkeeper Crispo Muniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Raphael Bolle put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Crispo Muniz. Beila Cuyar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zoilo Oliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Anton Preuss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joseph Abadie hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Zoilo Oliver hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With splendid footwork Raphael Bolle arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-1 by the left pole in the game's 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beila Cuyar was the one to do the kick off. Basche's Anton Preuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beila Cuyar in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Georg Schweickert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crispo Muniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Beila Cuyar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anton Preuss. Beila Cuyar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Zoilo Oliver struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Anton Preuss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paunita. In the 65th minute, Raphael Bolle made a precise shot to the right of Crispo Muniz. Paunita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. After a rather tough play, Paunita's Joseph Abadie got a free kick in the 74th minute. Georg Schweickert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispo Muniz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beila Cuyar in the 78th minute of play forced Basche's goalkeeper Anton Preuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Bolle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Crispo Muniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zoilo Oliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Georg Schweickert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basche's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Schweickert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Crispo Muniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 90th minute of the match Gregorio Verdesoto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gregorio Verdesoto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Paunita's Gregorio Verdesoto got a free kick in the 91st minute. Zoilo Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Preuss having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
