Basche's Anton Preuss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Basche from getting a goal against them. In the 5th match minute, Basche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theobald Simmling to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Alén in the 6th minute of play forced Basche's goalkeeper Anton Preuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Preuss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rutger Fanström in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Basche's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Alén came free, but Anton Preuss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rutger Fanström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Preuss having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Sven-Edvin Alén made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Basche's Anton Preuss tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the game, Raphael Bolle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Joakim Ljungberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Theobald Simmling hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Basche's Anton Preuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Lange in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Raphael Bolle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Ljungberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joakim Ljungberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Bolle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Alén in the 42nd minute of play forced Basche's goalkeeper Anton Preuss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Bolle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Preuss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Tågarp FK booed when Basche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Bolle didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Sven-Edvin Alén sped through Basche's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anton Preuss. If Rutger Fanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Georg Schweickert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basche's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Schweickert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joakim Ljungberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Tågarp FK's zone, Raphael Bolle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joakim Ljungberg came out of the goal and Raphael Bolle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Georg Schweickert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Sven-Edvin Alén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tågarp FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Edvin Alén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Preuss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tågarp FK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Roy Wik hit a great ball. Basche's York Marks couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tågarp FK. After a rather tough play, Basche's Arik Kühnen got a free kick in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Edvin Alén in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Preuss prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Georg Schweickert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Joakim Ljungberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Rutger Fanström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
