Gaspar Bixintxo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inocencio Txaran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gaspar Bixintxo made the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Herrera let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 56th minute shot 2-3 at rihgt post. Raimundo Barrionuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Bixintxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Ulises Orlanda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inocencio Txaran was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Rolando Quinito hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the game's 83rd minute Forever Tango's Armando Primo took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Raimundo Barrionuevo and thus the score was 3-5. After 87 played minutes Forever Tango got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Maldonado. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Herrera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Txaran was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. The phoinix fc players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
