An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Konopka in the 7th minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Wachirapong Wattanachinda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabinho Prestes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clube do Remo MZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Didi Mello in the 13th minute. Daniel Namasivayam hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Jipa RO's Bruno Secco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Daniel Namasivayam in the 17 minute of the game. Norbert Konopka took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wachirapong Wattanachinda. Wachirapong Wattanachinda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The Jipa RO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabinho Prestes should have stopped the shot. After some careless play in the Jipa RO defense, Tiaguinho Mandrak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabinho Prestes. The Jipa RO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabinho Prestes should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 32nd minute of play forced Jipa RO's goalkeeper Fabinho Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabinho Prestes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute Clube do Remo MZ were awarded a corner. Didi Mello went to the cornerflag to take it. Clube do Remo MZ's Dagoberto Sandoval was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabinho Prestes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Haroldo Terra came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Jipa RO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Terra couldn't finish the play. Fabinho Prestes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baal Grunberg in the 90th minute. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jipa RO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Didi Mello was slow to take the kick. During this time Clube do Remo MZ's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Clube do Remo MZ's corner Didi Mello fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabinho Prestes quite easily take care of the ball.
