The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blanka FC's attentive Eduardo Camavinga managed to snatch the ball when Bogumil Andrzejewski made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. Válbson Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Junior in the 18th minute of the match. Victor Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Britto in the 20th minute of play forced Capivara FC's goalkeeper Péter Pálffy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nando Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 25 minutes into the match, Victor Britto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Péter Pálffy. Capivara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Britto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Péter Pálffy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Blanka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Junior came free, but Válbson Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Capivara FC got a corner. Blanka FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dominik Lanckneus ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Capivara FC's Dominik Lanckneus to fire away a dangerous shot which Válbson Cunha despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 42 minutes of play, Blanka FC's Marcus Prata made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Péter Pálffy was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, Blanka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Junior came free, but Válbson Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Péter Pálffy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Britto's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Britto was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Capivara FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Dominik Lanckneus hit a great ball. Nando Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blanka FC's Miguel Pirani was substituted for Cristinel Inculeț. Blanka FC's Alfredo de Souza was substituted for Luisito Antequera. Capivara FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. After 73 minutes, Vinícius Junior made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Blanka FC's Válbson Cunha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Capivara FC made a substitution. Manoel Garrincha replaced João Francisco Mota. Péter Pálffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 83rd minute of the match. Blanka FC's Válbson Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Tavares in the 88th minute of play.
