Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valdo Guimarães started the match with the kick off. MARINUS MZC's Evaristo Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Gomes in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Daniel Munhoz got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Ulysses Meira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in MARINUS MZC's zone, Lenílson Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Arósio came out of the goal and Lenílson Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, MARINUS MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Lenílson Gomes came free, but Evaristo Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Cristian Carvalho got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Rafael Arruda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Evaristo Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the game, Tony Trevisan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. After 26 minutes of play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Lenílson Gomes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The audience cheered when Tadeu Britto's long shot passed Evaristo Arósio's right side. It was 0-4, 30 minutes into the match. Lenílson Gomes scored 0-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Lenílson Gomes sped through MARINUS MZC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evaristo Arósio. Lenílson Gomes took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Arósio. Evaristo Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lenílson Gomes in the 45th minute of play forced MARINUS MZC's goalkeeper Evaristo Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of MARINUS MZC booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lenílson Gomes scored 0-8 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tony Trevisan hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match, Lenílson Gomes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evaristo Arósio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 61 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Thomás do Valle. In the 70th match minute, MARINUS MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Thomás do Valle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Arósio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Lenílson Gomes did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Evaristo Arósio 82 minutes into the match. MARINUS MZC's Evaristo Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Gomes in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, MARINUS MZC's Evaristo Arósio got control of the ball when Ulysses Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evaristo Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenílson Gomes in the 92nd minute of play. Evaristo Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulysses Meira in the 93rd minute. Evaristo Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenílson Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Rio Verde F.C CIMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MARINUS MZC.
